Gas safety certificates for landlords
As a landlord, you are legally required under the Gas Safety (Installation and Use) Regulations 1998 to have all gas appliances, fittings, and flues in your rental properties checked annually by a Gas Safe registered engineer.
Our landlord gas safety inspections are carried out by qualified Gas Safe registered engineers, and we’ll issue you with a Gas Safety Record (CP12) certificate upon completion. We make the process as straightforward as possible, with flexible appointment times to suit both you and your tenants.
